These terms govern trade dealings with Entero R.S. Enterprises Private Limited. By placing an order you accept them.
Orders are accepted only from licensed pharmacies, hospitals and healthcare institutions holding valid drug licences and GST registration, in line with applicable law.
Prices, availability and offers are subject to change without notice. Orders are confirmed on acceptance and subject to stock.
Payments are due as per the credit terms agreed for your account. We accept cards, cheque/DD and cash. Overdue accounts may be placed on hold.
All sales are subject to the Drugs and Cosmetics Act and other applicable regulations. Buyers must store, handle and dispense products lawfully.
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Because we deal in pharmaceuticals, returns are handled carefully and in line with trade norms and regulation.
If goods arrive damaged, or do not match your order, notify us within 48 hours of receipt with the invoice details. Verified cases will be replaced or credited.
Saleable, properly stored near-expiry stock may be returned as per the manufacturer's and our prevailing return policy, within the applicable window before expiry.
